I am an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP 10.7).

I have 18 years’ experience supporting people and technology, and have been a Mac user since 1984.

I've run a help desk managing Macintosh, Windows, Linux and Mac OS X Server support; network security; and web publishing. I've produced websites; managed software development; planned, purchased, and deployed small business computer networks.
